Our Journey

  • 2004 – Foundation & Diversification

    Our journey began with the establishment of a solvent extraction unit focused on sunflower seeds, along with diversification into nutraceutical and agro-based products such as turmeric, tobacco press mud, and marigold flowers. A major milestone was the commissioning of a 100 TPD stainless steel extraction plant in Tumkur, setting strong industry standards.

  • 2014–2015 – Expansion into Rice Bran Oil

    We expanded into the rice bran oil segment by setting up a dedicated extraction facility, catering to the increasing demand for healthier edible oil solutions.

  • 2016 – International Expansion

    A joint venture was established in Sri Lanka with:
    150 TPD solvent extraction plant
    50 TPD refinery
    This expansion strengthened our international presence and sourcing capabilities.

  • 2019 – Increased Production Capacity

    Operations were further scaled with the addition of a 125 TPD extraction unit, significantly boosting production capacity.

  • 2022 – Major Growth Phase

    A large-scale manufacturing facility was commissioned featuring:
    350 TPD solvent extraction plant
    125 TPD refinery
    The facility was primarily focused on rice bran oil production to meet growing market demand.

  • 2025 – Strategic Integration

    Key developments included:
    Expansion of Sri Lanka operations to 200 TPD extraction and 100 TPD refining
    Addition of sunflower and canola oil milling units
    Stronger backward integration operations in India

  • 2026 – Latest Development

    Commissioned a 100 TPD sunflower oil refinery, further enhancing refining capacity and operational efficiency.
